Life in Motion was created to share the importance of purposeful movement, how it affects our mindset and the positive impact it has on the daily life.
Ted, being a long time auto tech noticed the physical and mental stresses started to take a toll. Discovered Yoga in 2015 and that was the catalyst. Starting as a certified Power Yoga teacher he further discovered the benefits of mind / body connection and the impact on his daily life, prompting him to take over ownership of a Yoga studio in the midst of C-19 era and during that time also took Mat Pilates training.
WIth Yoga being the catalyst Ted started to do resistance training occasionally and then consistently in 2023. Discovering how beneficial resistance training is along with Yoga and Pilates a decision was made to become certified as a Personal Trainer.
No cookie cutter workout sessions here. Our one-on-one and small group classes are meant to give you a more personalized experience and better results.
You will get pushed to the limit but you will also be supported. You will be empowered to keep pushing harder with each session.
